Luca is Co-Founder and Managing Director of AMP – Advanced Medical Partners. He brings more than a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and operational execution in the MedTech and healthcare sector – combining strategic thinking with strong implementation skills. With his extensive leadership experience in international companies, he knows the challenges of procurement, logistics, and staff shortages firsthand – and founded AMP for precisely this reason: to noticeably ease the workload of medical professionals and make processes more efficient.

As Managing Director, Luca drives AMP’s strategic development, cultivates partnerships with manufacturers and customers, and ensures that innovation and reliability go hand in hand. With his expertise in supply management, logistics, and customer care, he focuses on reliable structures, innovative solutions, and personal service – so that healthcare professionals can fully concentrate on their patients.

About Tim

Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder

Tim is an entrepreneur at heart, Chairman of the Board, and Co-Founder of AMP – Advanced Medical Partners. He has extensive experience in leading and developing small and medium-sized enterprises as well as integrating companies into large corporations. He has successfully driven numerous transformation processes – from restructurings and growth strategies to the internationalization of enterprises. At AMP, Tim contributes his strategic foresight and leadership strength. He ensures that the company remains clearly focused and can grow sustainably.

Tim firmly believes that long-term success is built on clarity, structure, and accountability – as well as on teams that act with integrity and commitment.

About Sandra

Operations

Sandra brings more than 15 years of experience working with executive teams in SMEs, international corporations, and public institutions. Her focus is on structure, clarity, and operational excellence – precisely where processes need to be executed efficiently, reliably, and at the highest quality.
As Head of Operations at AMP, Sandra ensures that our logistics and supply chain processes run seamlessly and that our customers are always optimally supplied. With her organizational talent, foresight, and high standards of quality, she makes sure that processes are continuously improved, standards upheld, and complex projects executed with confidence.
Whether it’s process optimization, quality management, digital tools, or company-wide initiatives – Sandra combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution, creating the foundation for our mission: to relieve medical professionals and ensure modern, efficient healthcare supply.

About Melanie

Finance

Melanie is precision personified – structured, analytical, and with an eye for detail that misses nothing. After graduating with top honors in Finance from California State University in Long Beach, she gained international experience in accounting, controlling, and strategic financial analysis. Upon her return from Los Angeles, Melanie worked at Credit Suisse in risk management as well as a financial controller at a Swiss education group.

At AMP, Melanie ensures that our financial world is as reliable and efficient as our logistics processes. She makes sure budgets are met, variances are identified early, and meaningful reports are available for decision-making. In doing so, she creates transparency and planning security – an indispensable foundation for successfully realizing our mission: “We take the load. You provide the care.”

About Alexandra

Product Management

Alexandra combines her clinical background as a registered nurse with solid expertise in sales, strategic marketing, and product management. After several years in intensive care and oncology, she took on key roles in international MedTech and pharmaceutical companies. With specializations in Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing as well as her multilingual skills, she bridges the gap between clinical knowledge and market-driven innovation.

As Product Manager at AMP, Alexandra drives the development of our portfolio and ensures that strategy, digital solutions, and customer focus work hand in hand – creating practical concepts that make the everyday work of medical teams noticeably easier.
